In short: we have plenty of openings for most weeks & my brand new office crew is diligently working through the backlog of voicemail/email. We'll be getting back to you as soon as we can!
I ask for your continued patience, as it will take a number of weeks to sort through the backlog. Tina & Gentry are joining me this year in the office, and are getting up to speed quickly.

Motel Rooms & Rates (2026 rates)
We have three motel units at Pinehurst: the River, Hill, and Front motels. Our motel rooms have cable television, air conditioning, and a shared picnic area with a charcoal grill. They are made up with linens and towels. There is no daily maid service, and guests are welcome to exchange towels at the office.
Current rates are listed below. You may also download our brochure with the 2026 rates. Off-season Rates (Mid-May to Mid-June and after Labor Day) are available upon request.
River Motel
Our river motel has the rooms that are the closest to the water. These rooms used to be separate cottages in the pine grove, but in the 50's when motels became popular our Grandfather moved them down to the water and connected the front of them to make them look like a motel. Inside they still have the little cottage feel, but you get the benefit of air conditioning and being so close to the water.

Hill Motel
The hill motel is in the middle of our property, in the pine grove area. The rooms are larger with a cathedral style ceiling, and a front and back door.

Front Motel
The front motel is what you can see from Rt.12, yet it is far enough away from the road to give you privacy and noise reduction from traffic. It is right next to the pool.
