Cottages & Rates
We have many different types and sizes of cottages. Our cottages that are rented nightly are called 'sleeping cottages', and our weekly cottages are 'housekeeping cottages'. All of the cottages do not have air conditioning. They each have their own private bathroom and shower (some have tubs as well).
Sleeping Cottages
The sleeping cottages are set up like a motel room. There are linens and towels, maid service, cable television, and a fan. The sleeping cottages are all located in the middle of the property in a pine grove.

Numbers 30, 31 and 32 have 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed. They also have a living room and a tub/shower.
*Rates do not show off season discount rate. Rates shown are for 2 adults, there is no extra charge for children under 18.
Housekeeping Cottages
The housekeeping cottages are weekly rentals except during off season, when there is a 2 night minimum stay. They come in all sizes, from studios to 2 story house-sized cottages. They have a kitchenette with appliances (toaster, coffee maker, fridge, stove, oven, some have microwaves) dishes, pots & pans, silverware, general cooking utensils. The studios do not have an oven, but they have a microwave and hot plate. They all have a kitchen table, chairs, outdoor chairs, picnic table and shared charcoal grills. They do not come with a fan, bed linens, towels, or a television. They do however come with blankets, pillows, and cable (if you decide you want to bring a television).

✢ #7 includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, a television, and sound system.
- #5 & 1 are two story cottages with a full bathrooms downstairs and a half bathroom upstairs.
- Most of our cottages have a couch, and the studios have a day bed (except for #9). If you plan to use one of these for a child's bed please bring a sleeping bag and pillow for it.
- #1, 4, 5, 7, 10, 12, 34 and 35 have a tub/shower.
